Refund Policy

All products on IIIVP App Suite are digital software tools delivered instantly upon payment. Because access is granted immediately, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms below. We are committed to resolving genuine issues fairly and promptly.

The One-Time Pro plan grants immediate and permanent access to cloud storage and AI optimization features.

• Refunds are not available once Pro features have been accessed
• If a technical failure prevents access after payment, contact us within 7 days
• Verified technical failures will be resolved or a full refund issued

The Monthly Pro subscription auto-renews each month. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

• Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges will occur
• Refund requests submitted within 48 hours of a charge are eligible for a full refund
• Refund requests submitted after 48 hours are not eligible as access was already provided
• To request a refund, email info@iiivp.com with your order details

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• Plans where Pro features have been accessed and used
• Subscription periods already consumed
• Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers
• Requests submitted outside the eligible refund window

To submit a refund request, email us at info@iiivp.com with the following:

• Your full name and registered email address
• Order ID or transaction reference number
• Plan purchased (One-Time Pro or Monthly Pro)
• Reason for the refund request

Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• One-time payments: refunded via PayPal
• Subscription payments: refunded via the subscription payment processor
