IIIVP App Suite is a SaaS platform operated by International Innovation & Ideal Virtual Platform LLC, a legally registered company in the United Arab Emirates. The platform provides AI-powered software tools for career development and professional productivity, including the ATS Resume Builder and future tools under active development.

IIIVP App Suite currently offers the following:

• ATS Resume Builder — free and paid subscription plans
• AI-powered resume optimization and keyword analysis
• Cloud resume storage (Pro plans)
• PDF and Word document export
• Future tools: AI Cover Letter Generator, LinkedIn Optimizer, and more

To access Pro features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors.

• One-Time Pro: $5.00 USD — single charge, permanent access
• Monthly Pro: $10.99 USD/month — auto-renewing subscription
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges
• All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable fees

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, available at app.iiivp.com/refund-policy. Refunds may be granted for technical failures or billing errors. Digital products that have been accessed are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the software
• Share account access or resell platform features
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise platform security
• Use AI-generated outputs to misrepresent your qualifications fraudulently

All software, interfaces, AI models, branding, and content on IIIVP App Suite are the exclusive property of International Innovation & Ideal Virtual Platform LLC. Your resume content belongs to you. Our platform, tools, and technology belong to us.

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at app.iiivp.com/privacy. We are committed to protecting your data and never selling it to third parties.

IIIVP App Suite is provided on an "as-is" basis. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IIIVP LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
