Is the invoice maker really free?
Yes. Make as many invoices, tax invoices and quotations as you like. A free IIIVP account is needed only to download the PDF.
Can I make a UAE tax invoice with VAT?
Yes. Choose UAE VAT 5% and enter your TRN: the document is titled "Tax Invoice" and shows your TRN, the customer's TRN when they have one, a sequential number, the date, every item, the VAT per rate and the total in AED, as UAE VAT invoices require.
Does it work for Pakistan sales tax?
Yes. Choose Pakistan sales tax 18% and enter your NTN and STRN; zero-rated and exempt items are shown separately. Totals can be in PKR or any other currency.
Is this an e-invoice for the UAE e-invoicing system or FBR digital invoicing?
No. It makes a PDF invoice. The UAE e-invoicing system (from 2027 for businesses in scope) and Pakistan's FBR digital invoicing need an accredited or licensed integration. IIIVP can set that up for your business: write to info@iiivp.com.
Where are my invoices kept?
In your own browser, on this device. Nothing is uploaded. Use "Backup file" in Your documents to keep a copy or move them to another device.
Can I turn a quotation into an invoice?
Yes. Open the quotation and choose "Turn into an invoice": the customer and items are copied and the invoice gets its own next number.
Can I add my logo, stamp and bank details?
Yes: your logo at the top, a stamp or signature above "Authorised signature", your bank details and IBAN, and a payment QR code from a payment link, IBAN or Raast ID.
