Salary slip questions
Is the salary slip generator free?
Yes. Make as many payslips as you like, for as many employees as you like. A free IIIVP account is needed only to download the PDF.
Does it work for my country?
Yes, for every country. Pick yours and the usual lines and currency are filled in (for example housing allowance in the UAE, EOBI in Pakistan, PF and ESI in India, National Insurance in the UK). Every line can be renamed, added or removed.
Does it work out income tax and social security?
No. You type each amount, because tax and contribution rules differ by country and change every year. A line can be a fixed amount or a percentage of the basic salary, and unpaid leave can be deducted for you.
Are the salaries uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is kept in your own browser, on this device, and the PDF is made there too. Use "Backup file" in Your payslips to keep a copy or move them to another device.
Can I make payslips for all my employees at once?
Yes. Save each employee once. Next month, one click makes everyone's new payslip from last month, and you can download all payslips of a month in one PDF.
Is this a payroll or WPS system?
No. It makes payslips. In the UAE, the net pay on each slip should match the salary file you send through the Wage Protection System. For a full payroll set-up, write to info@iiivp.com.
